Diagram (1) indicates the use of an RLP and a P2-60300 PVC mount adaptor kit for sensing the level of acidic
liquids. Sealing of the PVC parts of the P2-60300 kit is very important. This configuration is well suited to this
type of application because the probe can be adjusted to sense through the PVC coating.

Diagram (2) indicates the use of an RLP and a P2-60300 PVC mount adaptor kit for sensing the level of
sediment beneath liquids. The sensitivity adjustment for this type of application is very important. Presuming
the probe is in normal mode, it must be adjusted with the sediment filled to the expected level and then the
probe sensitivity requires adjusting, until the relay LED switches on, plus 1/8th of a turn. Too much adjustment
on the sensitivity may cause the probe ... not sense at all.
